Cancellation Policy
Activities (non-residential) cancellation policy: Cancellation must be made in writing via email. Cancellations are subject to the following charges. If you cancel your booking within 1 week of commencement date - 100% of total cost. If you cancel your booking anything up to 1 week before the commencement date - Full refund of booking cost will be made less an admin fee of £10 per person. If we cancel your booking for any reason full refund of booking cost will be made. Although we will endeavour to provide your boooked activity there may be times when we cannot, due to weather, equipment or staffing constraints. We will discuss an alternative date, time or activity with you, but if none of these are suitable we will refund your booking cost in full. Refunds will be made via the same payment method as the original payment. If you paid direct to our bank we will need your bank details to refund you.
